Charging biodata ONLINE
Prospective participants who will fill out an online biodata must consider several things as follows::

  1. Save a good number Journals and PIN you have, because the Journal and PIN Number will be used for the entire selection process SMUP (Charging Biodata Online, Participant Card Printing Trials, and the registration of new students if you are accepted).


    Please note when booking your PIN at the Bank, you describe the level (S1 / D3 / D4 / 110 credits S1 / S2 / S3 / professionals / specialists) that you selected in the Bank Teller. Check back to levels that you select on proof of payment from the bank. Errors in the purchase of a PIN (mixed levels) become the responsibility of the prospective participants.

    Journals and PIN numbers are highly confidential and should not be disclosed to others. Consequences of negligence and loss of information confidentiality and PIN Number Journal is entirely the responsibility of the prospective participants.

  3. To accelerate the process of filling an online biodata applicants should have prepared:


    1. Complete personal data

    2. Data origin of education (Diploma, Value UAN / transcript)

    3. Personal Data parents / guardians (address, income - especially for S1 and D3))

    4. Elective courses and the ability to scale cost for Educational Development Fund

    5. Scan color photograph 3 × 4 with a maximum size of 100 kbyte and JPG format. Photographs should wear clothing and pose for formal academic requirements.

  4. Bios charging only allowed ONCE only, and not providing facilities for
    make changes / improvements (EDIT) Bios fields of data that is loaded online. If there are changes to the data is already loaded then the candidate / prospective parents must submit a letter of application and manual changes may be sent to the Secretariat SMUP through SMUP PO Box, PO BOX 6776 BDCP Bandung 40141st.

  5. After filling in an online biodata, prospective participants are required to:


    1. Bios and Statement Printing using A4 size paper

    2. No later than 7 days after filling an online biodata, prospective participants are required send the physical file to a PO Box SMUP, PO BOX 6776 BDCP Bandung 40141st. (Except: PPDS)

    3. For S1 / D3 / D4 / S1 110 credits, it is advisable to send personal data files using standard envelope size 11 x 23 cm.
